By completing and submitting this Training Registration Form, the undersigned (either the applicant if over 18 years of age, or the parent/legal guardian if the applicant is under 18) hereby confirms a binding agreement of participation in the IRGA rhythmic gymnastics Trial Training, Intensive Training, and Joint Training, and accepts the IRGA Status and Regulations.

2. Acceptance of IRGA Regulations
I confirm that I have read and accepted the official Regulations and Conditions of the International Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy (IRGA).*

3. Consent to Personal Data Processing
I, the undersigned applicant (if over 18 years old) or the parent/legal guardian (if the applicant is under 18), hereby give explicit consent for the collection, processing, and secure storage of my personal data and/or my child’s personal data (as applicable), in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), exclusively for purposes related to participation in IRGA programs.*

4. Consent to Use of Photo and Video Material
I grant permission to IRGA to use photographs and video recordings of the applicant taken during training sessions, events, or competitions for promotional, informational, and educational purposes on IRGA’s official communication channels (e.g., website, social media, brochures, presentations, partner publications, press).*
