The International Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy (IRGA) develops and implements structured projects that contribute to the advancement of rhythmic gymnastics at local, national, and international levels. Our projects are aligned with the Academy’s mission, governance principles, and long-term development strategy.

Current and Ongoing Projects

August 22, 2025- Empower Refugee Girls in Swiss Rhythmic Gymnastics

IRGA is implementing an initiative to support refugee and protected-status girls in Switzerland by removing financial barriers to participation in rhythmic gymnastics. The project covers training fees, coaching, competition expenses, and equipment, while promoting inclusion, equal opportunity, and social integration through structured sport.

February 11, 2026- Gymnastique Rythmique Lausanne – Development Initiative

IRGA is leading a community-based initiative in Lausanne to strengthen access to rhythmic gymnastics and support the development of local training infrastructure. The project aims to enhance training conditions, expand participation opportunities, and promote structured athlete development within the region. Through community engagement and transparent fundraising, IRGA seeks to reinforce sustainable growth of rhythmic gymnastics in Lausanne and its surrounding areas.
