Annual Training Program – Season 2025–2026
The International Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy (IRGA) offers structured annual training programs designed to support progressive athlete development from early initiation to high-performance levels.
The 2025–2026 season begins on 1 September 2025. Programs are open to kids aged three years and above.

Program Structure
IRGA’s annual programs for season 2025-2026 are based on long-term athlete development principles and are supervised by certified and experienced coaches.
Training integrates:
- Technical skill development
- Flexibility and physical conditioning
- Coordination and body control
- Artistic expression and musicality
- Competitive preparation (where applicable)
Programs are organized into two main pathways:
Initiation & Loisirs Pathway
Designed to cultivate interest in rhythmic gymnastics, develop fundamental motor skills, and promote healthy physical activity.
Competition Pathway
Designed for athletes demonstrating commitment and potential for competitive participation.
Enrollment
Enrollment is conducted in accordance with defined registration periods and program availability. Applications are accepted throughout the academic year, subject to available capacity.
To maintain training quality and appropriate supervision standards, group sizes are limited.
Submission of an application form initiates the enrollment process but does not guarantee admission.
All applications are reviewed individually and are subject to approval by IRGA. The Academy reserves the right to evaluate applications in accordance with its internal criteria and available capacity. Admission decisions are taken at the discretion of IRGA and are not subject to justification.
